Dr. Peter Schultz, PhD

We are honored to present Dr. Peter Schultz as the Plenary Speaker for WIPOS 2023. Dr. Schultz serves as the president and CEO of Scripps Research and is recognized globally for his groundbreaking contributions to chemistry and biotechnology. His work includes the expansion of the genetic code in living organisms, the discovery of catalytic antibodies, and pioneering molecular diversity technologies in medical and chemical research.

Among his many accolades, Dr. Schultz has received the Wolf Prize in Chemistry, the Solvay Prize, and is a member of the National Academy of Sciences. He is also the founder of several influential biotech companies and continues to lead Calibr, advancing medicinal discoveries.
